MACHIN INVESTMENTS WORKS COLLABORATIVELY WITH SOPHISTICATED INVESTORS AND HIGH NET-WORTH INDIVIDUALS.
Our experience in property development ensures the very best returns on capital investments of £50,000 and above, over a period of nine months to two years.
THE IDEAL INVESTMENT
We understand that every plot of land or existing property we identify for development, and every investor we talk to, is different and requires a flexible approach. However, as a rule of thumb, an investment in a Machin Investments development project is based on:
- Funding the project from initial plan, through development, to completion and sale
- Projects focused in the South East of England
- A minimum investment of £50k
- Terms from nine months to two years
- Target return of investment of 20%+pa*
- Returns generated from the additional value created from the purchase and refurbishment of an existing property, or purchase of land and new-build development
(*Investment returns cannot be guaranteed on any project).
